A client of ours at Robert Half is looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join a small, tight knit team (around 11 total). The client is a 911 call center and they are working on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week on-site) after a fully in-office training period.
About the role:
Looking for more of a Lead/Supervisor or early Management experience more than someone who has been a manager for years
Will be in the weeds, doing project management, and also supervising the Systems Administrator and Network Engineer, will do time cards and parsing out who is doing what.
Must haves:
5+ years of experience in IT planning, deployment, administration of technology infrastructure
5+ years of user support for Network, Voice, Cloud, Security, and server technologies
2+ years of experience in an IT Leadership role (flexible on manager or lead experience)
5+ years of experience in Desktop support
Nice to haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or similar
PMP certification
