What you'll be doing:
· IT Support for a full range of departments via phone (majority phones), email, and in-person communications
· Installing, updating and repairing hardware and software as needed
· Escalating issues as needed using a ticket system. ServiceNow experience is a plus
Requirements:
· Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day.
· 2+ years’ experience with Windows, O365, Active Directory, and Network Printers
· Minimum 2 years of experience supporting PC's, Tablets, Thin Clients in a Windows ecosystem.
· Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience required
