Job Description

• Imaging, deploy and configure devices for our end users
• Technical support to our internal users, on site or remotely.
• Device management (Desktop PC, laptop, mobile device, printers, and any end user device delivered by the Company), from the procurement to the software installation and the final configuration, according to the Company’s standards.
• ICT inventory management.
• Software licensing management.
• Internal users’ relationship management.
• Incident and Change management
• Provide essential cybersecurity advice and support
• Local-site ICT budget management
• As member of the Danieli ICT Worldwide Group, the candidate can choose to be an active part of any ICT worldwide project related to Service or Solutions fields.
  
  

Qualifications

IT Knowledge

Travel

• Associate degree in information technology (or related discipline)
• Any relevant IT certifications would be considered a plus
• Minimum 1 year within IT field
• Strong communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, ability to plan and prioritize, ability to work with deadlines, ability to interpret complex data and present in a meaningful manner, must be aware of confidentiality, attention to detail, able to engage communication with people at all levels
• Microsoft End User products (MS-Office packages Visio, MS-Project, etc.)
• Autodesk CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
• TCP/IP protocol and Ethernet network understanding.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Domain concepts
• Microsoft Windows 10 and above
• Microsoft Server 2016 and above
• ITIL Incident management
• Travel 15% per annum
