The IT Support Analyst provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems.
Create and manage user accounts and access.
Perform Office 365 and network administration.
Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records.
Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary.
Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training materials.
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server/Exchange Online Experience
