A management company, who are growing 20% year-on-year, are looking to bring onboard an experienced IT Manager, to take ownership of their IT function. You will be managing a team of 3 who focus on support, whilst remaining technically hands-on, acting as an escalation point and spearheading company-wide infrastructure projects. You will also responsible for establishing policies, policies, SLAs and SOPs, creating standards for the team and ensuring they adhere to them.
As they continue to grow, they are looking to scale their network and system infrastructure and bring all IT operations in house, where you will be at the forefront. You will have a seat at the table when making crucial decisions, whilst making recommendations, creating a strategic roadmap and engaging in continuous improvement. As they grow, so will you - with no ceiling to your upward mobility!
What will you be doing?
Defining, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, managing the ticketing system.
Implement IT policies and procedures, creating SOPs and streamlining operations.
Act as a final point of escalation for the support team, managing ongoing projects.
Design, configure and maintain system and network infrastructure.
What do you need?
3-5 years of experience in IT.
Experience working across Azure, O365, AD, & VMware.
