We're looking for motivated IT Field Engineer professional to join our dynamic team where we work with a wide variety of technologies and support a very diverse client base. The Executive Support team is the primary technical contact for our client's key executives and VIPs. This dedicated service requires outgoing individuals who are highly confident in their technical skills and can comfortably engage with executives who often have zero time to deal with IT issues. Your success will be measured upon the satisfaction of the assigned executives that is usually based upon the individual relationship and trust you build with these key decisions. This role often requires traveling to client sites and executive homes to resolve their individual IT issues which may range from PC-related issues, Office 365 capabilities or client-specific applications across multiple industries.


Do you have the Right Stuff to be an Executive Support Team Member?

  • Polished client-facing demeanor to support client from an office assistant to a company CEO.
  • Proven to maintain a calm demeanor in the face of client adversity or stressful situations.
  • Highly confident in explaining technical issues to executives and their assistants.
  • Ability to gain full confidence of your technical competency through regular interactions.
  • Willing to be available to assigned executives day and night when they need immediate help.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors to quickly resolve issues.
  • Initiative to find resolutions that meet client needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to make reasonable independent decisions and know when to escalate.
  • Consistently balance executive support with internal company KPIs and requirements.


Technical:

  • Expert with Windows 10/11 platforms for PCs and laptops (know OS Versions and Builds).
  • Expert with Apple MAC workstations and laptops in Windows domain environments.
  • Master Microsoft Office 365 solution and administration of licenses and accounts.
  • Expert with network printing/scanning hardware and configurations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams setup, functions, and features.
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint features and functionality.
  • Highly proficient with mobile devices (iPads, smartphones, etc.).


Professional:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and support skills.
  • Work in collaborative manner with all teams and client vendors.
  • Maintain daily time entries and documentation to meet internal KPIs.
  • Comply with code of conduct as outlined in DivergeIT's Employee Handbook.
  • Adhere to Attendance/PTO policies with daily attendance and work schedules.
  • Continuously update technical skills on the client systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement in your daily work quality and performance.
  • Willing to obtain multiple certifications within first year with ongoing certifications to develop skillsets.


Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of providing Remote Support.
  • 3+ Years Hands on Desktop/Network Support.
  • 3+ Years of providing Client Facing (e.g. Field) support.
  • 3+ Years Supporting Office 365 clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred but not required.
