You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our hardware and software systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will protect our critical systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in developing the overall IT strategy.


The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about applying their skills and expertise to a technology-based business model that creates real-world solutions for the global marketplace. This role requires an experienced, energetic, customer service-oriented technologist with work experience in Service Desk, Windows Desktop and Server administration, Familiarity with O365, OKTA, Azure, SCCM/Intune, and Salesforce is a plus.


About the Role

  • Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiatives.
  • Manage business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in the global marketplace.
  • Enable faster and smarter security processes and develop analytics for meaningful insights.
  • Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies); research vulnerability warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, IT vendors, and access controls.
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery systems and process for all critical systems.
  • Maintain IT process and system documentation.
  • Ensure that computers and servers have the latest critical and security patches applied via corporate vulnerability management console. Coordinate updates with technical and business process owners.
  • Support and administration of O365, Active Directory/Azure User/Group Management
  • Maintain security operational logs and evidence collection.
  • Perform other duties as necessary and/or assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Network, System Admin, or equivalent role
  • Experience with or knowledge of current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, and caching
  • Firewall and network security management.
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Intune
  • Windows 10/11, Windows Server: 2016 – 2022
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to gather, interpret, document, and evaluate workstation requirements
  • Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences both in writing, in diagrams, and person
  • Strong customer service orientation and work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift fifty or more pounds


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
  • Previous experience OKTA, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Salesforce, DocuSign
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration
  • Microsoft Server systems certifications such as Microsoft MCP, A+, Network+
  • Knowledge and understanding of server virtualization focused on Hyper-V
  • Demonstrate basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell
  • Salesforce Administration
