Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Our Influencer Marketing and Content Specialist (official title is Influencer Marketing Specialist) will be responsible for managing the full cycle of influencer campaigns, from prospecting and outreach to content briefing, review, and performance recap. Additionally, you will support influencer seeding and mailers while creating engaging UGC and TikTok-specific content.
Within this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current influencers and establishing new ones. You’re not only creative, but also goal-oriented, data-driven, and have an all-around positive attitude. You’re someone who loves beauty, fashion, social media, and always knows the latest trends and influencers!

You wear many hats, chase after your dreams, love to network, and are comfortable picking up the slack wherever needed. Ideally, you have experience in beauty and agency environments, but it’s not required. You’ll bring your groundbreaking ideas to SHEGLAM!
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle influencer campaign process, including prospecting, outreach, content briefing, review, and performance recapping
- Work with the influencer team to strategically identify talent for gifting, brand campaigns, event activations, and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
- Conduct influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting to ensure optimal outcomes for the brand
- Oversee influencer-generated branded content to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and deliverables
- Compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date influencer database and brand partnerships
- Monitor the event calendar and coordinate campaigns around major events
- Build strong relationships with talent, influencers, and agencies
- Develop and manage the influencer gifting program
- Create content leveraging tools for various social platforms (videos and images)
- Support influencer seeding and mailers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital strategy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends
- Comfortable with occasional travel and networking
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
Pay
$69,805 per year to $77,200 per year.
