Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Independent POS Merchant Services Sales Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring, and managing merchant accounts in your designated territory. You will have the opportunity to offer tailored POS solutions and payment processing services to businesses across various industries, helping them optimize their operations and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through targeted outreach efforts, networking, and referrals
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' POS system requirements and payment processing needs
Present and demonstrate our POS solutions and merchant services offerings to prospective clients
Customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs and preferences, addressing their pain points and objectives
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure new business and maximize revenue
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in POS systems or merchant services
Strong understanding of POS technology, payment processing, and industry trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
