Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. They will collaborate with department managers to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and selection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
