Human Resources Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. They will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and other HR-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS systems
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including safety standards and diversity initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a fair and confidential manner
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
