Human Resources Manager Job Summary:

They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. A strong candidate would possess excellent project management skills, be comfortable with teamwork/collaboration, and be comfortable using various HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and Excel. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, Workers' Compensation, and ADA accommodations. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in driving business success through effective teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Coordinate workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work programs
  • Manage ADA accommodations process in collaboration with employees and managers
  • Drive impactful HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Utilize HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders as a trusted business partner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management and driving impactful HR initiatives
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other HR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
