Our client is looking for a HR Manager for a full time direct hire position in Hackensack, NJ.
This position is responsible for firm-wide human resource functions, including resource planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, benefits and employee relations.
HR Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
Broad-based HR experience from a law firm is required!!
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR a plus.
4+ years experience in a similar role
