Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all aspects of HR practices and processes to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains a diverse and high-performing workforce. This role requires strong leadership skills, HR expertise, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Partner with senior management to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
    • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Foster positive employee relations and manage employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Performance Management:
    • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management best practices and techniques.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
    • Implement career development programs and succession planning initiatives to build internal talent pipelines.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee benefits enrollment.
    • Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • HR Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
    • Update and maintain employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track HR metrics and KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, trends, and analysis for senior management.
Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • X+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR analytics tools.
