Sodexo’s Schools group is in search of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the School leadership team. The ideal candidate will be solution oriented, performance driven, innovative and collaborative. This role will support the Mid-Atlantic geography of the US.
This is a remote based position with the ideal candidate living within the Mid-Atlantic region near an airport.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years Human Resources experience

The Human Resources Business Partner provides consultation and support to senior business leaders, operational teams, and clients to optimize human resources strategies. Additional responsibilities include:
- Partners with stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture across Schools rapidly growing organization through the leadership and execution of HR business strategies.
- Facilitates the implementation and execution of initiatives that drive change, reinforce engagement, enhance company culture, and drive overall commitment to support growth.
- Partners with business leaders and the Schools President on managing performance and growth within the business.
- Ensures optimal business decisions are made that protect and strengthen the Sodexo culture and brand.
- Coaches to build a performance and feedback culture within the business.
- Partners with leaders to ensure that organizational structures are aligned with business goals.
- Ensures work processes/systems are efficient and can be leveraged across disciplines.
- Ensures roles and accountabilities are clearly defined and aligned with key priorities.
- Works closely with talent acquisition to develop a robust pipeline of talent for growth.
- Promote a culture that drives growth, embraces changes, and delivers outcomes.
- Can navigate in a complex organization.
- Promote and support division and enterprise-wide diversity initiatives.
- Participate in the creation of strategies to ensure sustainable capabilities to deliver on strategy.
- Can foster an innovative landscape and adapt to change.
- Can build and develop the right team, by nurturing talent and motivating individuals.
