ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day to day administration and execution of Human Resource programs include but not limited to onboarding, offboardings, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; employee recognition and engagement; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Supports annual review, preparation and administration of the Company's wage and salary
Diagnose and recommend solutions that impact leadership development, employee relations, retention, and organization structure, interpreting, communicating and ensuring consistent application of company guidelines and
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed
Coordinate, support, and facilitate employee engagement and recognition programs such as birthday & anniversary celebrations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
Maintain constant communication with departments to ensure a constant Human Resources presence.
Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and escalate to Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources as needed.
Assists Recruitment team with recruiting and staffing efforts including open calls, application collections, and interview scheduling as needed.
Follows all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensures timely reporting of accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to insurance as well as managers/chefs.
