Supporting employees within client group with all operational HR needs such as employee relations and administration and HR compliance duties

About You:
We are looking for a confident, proactive and skilled HR business partner who enjoys a true generalist role. You will be expected to be involved in the day to day duties but there is also a lot of scope to be part of supporting the business to create and deliver really exciting change projects such as the implementation of a true performance culture.
You will need to be able to work as part of a small HR team on site, as well as able to build relationships at distance with our Global team in London (and extended members of the HR team in APAC).
There is tons of scope to add value and so someone who is able to confidently cut through ambiguity to find clarity and possesses resilience to keep going and get things done would be of interest to us.
Alongside this you should have significant experience in a number of HR roles in which you will have gained a broad experience of skills such as employee relations, reward, benefits, organizational design and development.
