Seeking a strategic and hands-on HRBP to join a leading entertainment firm. The right candidate is equipped to support a large group of non-exempt/hourly employees and will partner closely with leadership on strategic initiatives. This role will involve overseeing talent management, employee relations career development and succession planning, as well as implementing new procedures and policies.


  • 7-14 years of HRBP experience required
  • Entertainment/Media/Advertising/Agency experience required
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle confidential materials with maturity and discretion
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and approachable, firm but friendly demeanor
