JOB DUTIES: ENSURE DATA INTEGRITY, TESTING, CHANGES, AND ANALYZING DATA FLOWS FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES; SUPPORT SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS, TESTING, AND OTHER TECHNICAL PROJECTS; PREPARE REPORTS ON DATA SUMMARIES, CHANGES, AND TRENDS FOR USE BY ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT; MANAGE DATA TRANSFERS AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DURING MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS (M&A) PROJECTS; SUPPORT THE ONGOING DESIGN, CONFIGURATION, DEPLOYMENT, AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) SYSTEMS CONFIGURATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ADP, HRIS, LMS, COMPENSATION SYSTEM, AND RECRUITMENT SYSTEM; DEVELOP AND MANAGE PROJECT PLANS FOR SYSTEM LAUNCHES, UPGRADES, AND NEW FUNCTIONALITY; PROVIDE TRAINING ON HR SYSTEMS FUNCTIONALITY FOR STAKEHOLDERS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION; PERFORM COMPLEX DATA UPLOADS INTO HR SYSTEMS USING EXCEL AND OTHER DATA TRANSFER METHODS; REGULARLY PERFORM SYSTEM AUDITS TO ENSURE EFFICIENCY OF PROCESSES AND DATA INTEGRITY; PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR HR SYSTEM, INCLUDING RESEARCHING AND RESOLVING COMPLEX HR SYSTEM PROBLEMS, UNEXPECTED RESULTS OR PROCESS FLAWS, AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS TO RESOLVE ISSUES; PARTNER WITH BUSINESS FUNCTIONS TO UNDERSTAND AND INTERPRET REPORTING REQUIREMENTS; RUN AND DISTRIBUTE SCHEDULED REPORTS AND SUPPORT BUSINESS REQUESTS FOR COMPLEX AD HOC REPORTS; CREATE AND MAINTAIN REPORT CATALOG TO ENABLE END-USERS TO GET NEEDED REPORTS FROM HR SYSTEMS; DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN HR AND OTHER BUSINESS REPORTING, ANALYTICS, AND DASHBOARDS; BUILD AND MAINTAIN INBOUND AND OUTBOUND HR SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS TO THIRD PARTY VENDORS; COLLECT, ORGANIZE, ANALYZE, AND DISSEMINATE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF INFORMATION WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY; AND CONSULT WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND IDENTIFY METRICS AND INTERPRETATION NEEDED IN DELIVERABLES.

Req.: Minimum of U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Human Resources Management, Human Capital Analytics, Human Capital Technology, Business Administration, or Business Communications. Foreign equivalent of any of the listed U.S. degrees will be accepted.

24 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST, HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST, HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER, COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST, BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST, OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD.
