About the Job:

  • Work with the director of learning and development to gain a better understanding of the types of issues that need to be addressed in training based on seniority level and practice area.
  • Develop training programs that address the developmental needs of the associates.
  • Monitor and edit core skills curriculum for the company.
  • Work with outside consultants to help with the development of managerial training courses.
  • Audit and consistently evaluate training techniques, stay attuned to training trends and new industry-relevant materials, and conduct improvements to stay competitive and engaging.

About You:

  • Degreed. A Bachelor’s degree alongside at least a year of experience working in human relations and/or training development.
  • Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy. You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • People-oriented. You like earning people’s respect and trust by being the go-to person for your team and resource to others.
  • Discrete. You can be trusted with highly confidential information.
