Spigen’s Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for Spigen’s open positions. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data.
Job Duties
Prepare recruitment materials and source and recruit candidates by using company websites, databases, social media posts, appropriate job boards and any related online recruitment resources.
Contacting and communicating with candidates to schedule interviews and provide information about the organization and job openings.
Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
Coordinating and conducting reference and background checks on selected candidates.
Managing the detailed coordination of scheduling interviews, working closely with both the interviewer and interviewee to ensure an efficient process.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Collecting and maintaining employee information, including vacation time, hours worked and tax withholdings
Responsible for reviewing and verifying payroll data for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
Maintaining confidentiality and security of employees’ personnel records including payroll information.
Provide HR generalist support.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
U.S. work authorization required
