Summary

  • Spigen’s Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for Spigen’s open positions. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data.


Job Duties

  • Prepare recruitment materials and source and recruit candidates by using company websites, databases, social media posts, appropriate job boards and any related online recruitment resources.
  • Contacting and communicating with candidates to schedule interviews and provide information about the organization and job openings.
  • Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Coordinating and conducting reference and background checks on selected candidates.
  • Managing the detailed coordination of scheduling interviews, working closely with both the interviewer and interviewee to ensure an efficient process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Collecting and maintaining employee information, including vacation time, hours worked and tax withholdings
  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying payroll data for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of employees’ personnel records including payroll information.
  • Provide HR generalist support.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Bilingual in English/Korean required


Work Hours

  • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Friday
