As a member of our Human Resources Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global learning and development (L&D) approach. You'll wear many hats, working collaboratively with the HR team and global leadership to create and implement engaging L&D programs. Initially, your focus will be on two key areas:

Talent Strategy & Knowledge management: For example, You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing a comprehensive skills matrix for our global workforce. This will involve identifying critical skills for each role, developing assessment methods, and creating learning plans and prioritizing resources to close skill gaps with an overall goal of developing our employees to match their career goals and our long term talent needs.

Instructional Design: For example, You'll work closely with stakeholders to refine and iterate on our onboarding process that fosters a sense of belonging, equips new hires with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, provides understanding of our Culture and Values, and accelerates integration into OnLogic. On an average day, you'll...

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs across various departments and functions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our overall L&D strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to align L&D strategies and organization goals.
  • Work with the HR team to support in the development and implementation of strategies to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness based on data insights.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and department managers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest L&D trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, as well as familiarity with learning management systems and tools.
  • Experience with developing and implementing training programs, including eLearning modules, workshops, and other formats.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to senior leadership.
  • A passion for learning and development and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for all employees.
  • Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management.
  • Detail oriented mindset with ability to use Google Sheets (or Excel) with ease.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
