Job Responsibilities
- Administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas
- Collect and analyze HR data, and then make recommendations to management
- Process paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures
- May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
- Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Perform a variety of tasks
- Work under general supervision; typically reports to a manager
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and/or program/policy management
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ability to take direction as needed
- Strong written and oral communication
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Former Amazon employee
- Experience supporting entry-level employees and experienced leaders
- Experience working for larger companies
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, and high level of autonomy
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
