Our client is looking to fill the role of HR Generalist. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Queens, NY office.
Pay Rate: $70-80K base salary plus bonus
Responsibilities:
Support sourcing candidates
Maintaining HRIS system
Onboarding/offboarding
Learning & development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
3+ years related human resources generalist experience
Prior experience working with HRIS systems
Prior experience supporting hourly employee population
Prior experience utilizing Paycom
Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems
