Senior Director - Finance Direct Hire Practice Leader


Our client is seeking a strategic HR Director to lead their Human Resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing, policies, and programs in alignment with business objectives. Promoting employee engagement, retention, and development is another key factor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and create a culture of belonging where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning and talent management strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
