Job Description

We are looking for an HR Director who is responsible for leading key HR functions and driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of these initiatives and policies that are conducive to the company's growth and success. They will provide leadership and support to their team and ensure effective management of processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develops and ensures effective implementation of plans, systems, policies, and processes for talent management, succession planning and leadership development, employee engagement.
  • Talent Development:
    • Designs and oversees training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Identifies high-potential employees and creates career development paths.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Creates and implements leadership development initiatives to nurture future leaders within the organization.
    • Provides coaching and mentoring to managers and executives.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develops strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
    • Measures and analyzes employee engagement metrics.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, talent management, market trends, and succession planning
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks, even when facing competing deadlines.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and responsive, capable of adapting to changing business needs.
  • Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
