We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee and enhance our HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning HR practices with the company’s mission and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and enhance employee engagement
  • Lead the HR team in providing comprehensive HR services to all departments
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract top talent across all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to support employee growth and retention
  • Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are in line with legal requirements
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure compensation practices remain competitive
  • Manage the annual benefits enrollment process
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans
  • Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and employee engagement
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training and development programs
  • Identify and address skills gaps within the organization
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities
  • Manage HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and reporting
  • Ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
  • Develop and manage the HR department budget


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred
  • Experience at large enterprise organizations highly preferred
