What You'll Do:

  • Motivate, coach and train team members at assigned property, set goals and hold team members accountable, and provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.
  • Be effectively accountable for managing and motivating associates and achieving overall financial results, and guest and associate satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development of, and adherence to, ARH’s hotel operations policies, protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Actively participate in creating and implementing the annual Business Plan.
  • Monitor and ensure outstanding operating results.
  • Participate in developing and managing revenue and sales strategies.



What You'll Need/What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of three years of hotel industry leadership operations experience, Aloft brand experience.
  • Hotel opening - Aloft
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field of study.
  • Willing to relocate to if not presently living in commuting area.
  • Someone who is results driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities while adapting easily to change.
