What You'll Do:
Motivate, coach and train team members at assigned property, set goals and hold team members accountable, and provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.
Be effectively accountable for managing and motivating associates and achieving overall financial results, and guest and associate satisfaction.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development of, and adherence to, ARH’s hotel operations policies, protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
Actively participate in creating and implementing the annual Business Plan.
Monitor and ensure outstanding operating results.
Participate in developing and managing revenue and sales strategies.
What You'll Need/What we're looking for:
Minimum of three years of hotel industry leadership operations experience, Aloft brand experience.
Hotel opening - Aloft
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field of study.
Willing to relocate to if not presently living in commuting area.
Someone who is results driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner.
Strong leadership skills.
Highly energetic and motivated individual
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities while adapting easily to change.
