Job Description

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to work in multiple areas that range from facilitating regular maintenance, hiring contractors, budgeting, enforcing county, state and association laws, rules and guidelines,

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our company and manage communities that are HOA or COA, developer or resident board, communities with common area amenities or commercial space, ranging from 20 to 1000 resident homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Head and organize resident and board meetings; some evening meetings are required
  • Get Proposals and bids, communicate with boards and use good judgment with appropriate contractors.
  • Facilitate repairs, PMs, and upgrades as needed and requested in a timely fashion, ensure completion of work
  • Familiar with and enforce HOA/COA documents, county and state laws
  • Complete regular property inspections, violations and handle emergencies
  • Investigate and resolve resident issues and complaints
  • Complete monthly payables and annual budgets
  • Organize and participate in community events

Qualifications:

  • Prefer previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Self-starter is a must
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, vendors, and developers
  • Ability to organize, multitask and, prioritize; manage multiple platforms; tracking and feedback.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to various properties
  • Great communication skills with both colleagues and resident/ resident-boards
  • Strong computer skills and social media skills
  • Ethical, use good judgment, level headed attitude
  • CMCA qualifications
