7am to 3pm

8am to 4 pm

9am to 5pm

11am to 7pm

12pm to 8 pm

  • Answer in-bound calls for supported projects
  • Create incident tickets for each call received and additional tickets as needed for defined scope activity
  • Assist deployment field resources with troubleshooting issues
  • Coordinate deployment field resources task work flow to ensure timely completion of all tasks within project scope
  • Track completion of scope and receipt of required deliverables
  • Remotely support and image retail hardware IT equipment following provided support knowledge
  • Monitor for and handle incident/informational tickets assigned by other groups or systems
  • Make out-bound calls as required to resolve incident tickets, working with retail store employees and other support groups
  • Assist with testing of all knowledge, process and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous remote retail and deployment experience required
  • Ability to work various shifts in 24/7/365 support operation
