Prior sales and recruiting experience is not required to thrive in this role!

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong work ethic and the ability to make a high volume of daily sales calls
• A positive attitude

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed
• High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think creatively
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proven ability to negotiate

Responsibilities and Commitments:

• Sourcing candidates through warm leads, cold calling, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Posting client job openings on our platforms
• Assisting credentialing and payroll with securing necessary documents from candidates
• Building relationships with education and healthcare professionals and managing their work assignments

Further Details:

• This position is fully on-site in Peachtree Corners GA, Cobb GA, Tampa FL, Oldsmar FL, Jacksonville FL or Greenville, SC
• Monday to Friday work schedule, 7/8 AM - 4/5 PM
• Paid training
