Peachy is seeking a Head of Studio Operations to lead and optimize the operational strategy, processes, and people management across our multi-state studios. This pivotal role involves developing engaging training materials and live training for new hires, managing day-to-day operations through Lead Nurse Practitioners and Assistant Studio Managers, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and client experience. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in people management and developing processes in fast-growing, multi-unit expansion companies, preferably within beauty or healthcare services.

What You’ll Do:

Process and Quality Control:

  • Develop and implement processes for the full stack of studio experience, with emphasis on scalability.
  • Standardize operations across all studios to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring standard of excellence is met or exceeded.

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee field operations strategy and execution across all Peachy studios.
  • Directly manage studio teams to ensure optimal studio performance.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track studio success and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for new hires.
  • Conduct engaging live training sessions to onboard new employees and enhance ongoing staff development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

People Management:

  • Address people-related topics including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Peachy’s core values.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, finance, and other departments to align operational strategies with company goals.
  • Support the integration of new studios into the existing operational framework.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on field operations to executive leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Leader: 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a high growth, multi-unit/multi-state organization, preferably in beauty or healthcare services.
  • People-Centric Manager: Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with strong skills in people management and employee relations.
  • Training Expert: Experience in creating compelling training materials and conducting live training sessions.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong background in developing and implementing SOPs to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze data and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative Leader: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and seamlessly adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using operational and HR software tools.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in field operations management.
  • Experience working within a high growth, startup environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Based in or able to commute to New York City, with the capacity to work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to Peachy locations across the US.

Pay & Perks:

  • The target pay range for this role is $160,000-$190,000/year, plus up to 30% in an annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Peachy may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
