⚡Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering innovation and competitive advantage.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire engineering teams to drive innovation and excellence in product development.
Infrastructure Management: Manage technology infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and innovation capabilities.

⚡Requirements:
Minimum 6 Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the fintech industry, demonstrating consistent growth and impact.
Fintech Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape, including key trends, competitors, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies shaping the industry.
Leadership in Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation within a technology organization, with tangible examples of implementing cutting-edge solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and competitive differentiation in the fintech sector.
Product Development Experience: Hands-on experience overseeing the development and launch of digital products or services within the fintech space, from concept to market delivery.
Collaborative Leadership Style: Collaborative leadership style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively engage and align cross-functional teams towards shared objectives in a fast-paced environment.
