Digital B2B Portal Manager-T2EARTH
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital B2B Portal Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our wholesale sales portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, B2B sales, and project management, with a keen understanding of digital platforms and customer needs in the wholesale sector. As the Digital B2B Portal Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our wholesale business through the effective management and optimization of our online portal.
Responsibilities:
Portal Development and Optimization:
- the development and continuous improvement of our B2B portal, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet the needs of our wholesale customers.
- with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive implementation.
User Experience Enhancement:
- regular analysis of user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the portal's user experience.
- improvements to streamline the ordering process, simplify navigation, and personalize the shopping experience for wholesale customers.
Product and Catalog Management:
- product catalog management, including the addition, updating, and categorization of products to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- closely with product teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions based on customer demand and market trends.
Order Management and Fulfillment:
Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and fulfillment operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with wholesale customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty through the B2B portal.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, monitor portal performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure the security and compliance of the B2B portal, including data privacy, payment security, and regulatory requirements.
Implement best practices for data protection, encryption, and secure authentication mechanisms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related fie Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer behavior, and industry trends in wholesale distribution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
