Role:- HCL Commerce Technical Lead

Location:- USA, Any, preferably Orlando (100% Remote)

Job type: Contract

JOB Description

At least 10 years’ experience in the following:

  • HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce) design and development of V7, V8, & V9
  • Architecting, designing, and deploying Client eCommerce solutions inclusive of integration and data requirements.
  • Proven technical leadership in support of client web site/eCommerce implementations.
  • Presenting and successfully communicating technical recommendations to the line of business as well as IT leadership
  • Enabling and providing knowledge transfer to clients and other IT partners
  • English: Fluent

  • Ability to position and present technical recommendations, concepts, and methodologies to customer executives and gain their confidence and trust
  • Ability to differentiate HCL Commerce capabilities from competitive offerings.
  • Manage time wisely and successfully support multiple concurrent customer demands and engagements.
  • Work as a collaborative team member in supporting and managing troubled projects/customer situations.
  • Ability to support the sales team in enabling them to meet and exceed their business objectives.

  • Support customers with open implementation issues and challenges.
  • Assist customers and business partners with upgrade strategies and release roadmaps.
  • Help facilitate the architecture and design of Client eCommerce solutions.
  • Facilitate migration/upgrade workshops.
