Guest Service Associate
As a Guest Service Associates at Sprinkles, you’ll be the point of contact for our guests calling through the hotline, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance. You will handle including calls and emails, process orders, address guest inquiries and concerns, and promote our sweet treats! This role is perfect for candidates with a background in hospitality or restaurants that have passion for making memorable guest experiences. This is a fully remote, part-time requiring 3 shifts a week with weekends required. You must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Texas, Nevada, California, Illinois, DC, Arizona, Colorado, Washington State, or New York.

- Answer an average of 30-60 calls per day (60-100 call per day during holidays) a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude always.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner, directing to appropriate bakeries or departments, when needed.
- Promptly respond to guest emails, ensuring the issues are addressed and information is effectively communicated to the bakery team for resolution.
- Promote Sprinkles products and promotions to guests, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between bakeries and guests for custom and catering orders.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with empathy and urgency, escalating to management when necessary.
- Utilize our online payment system to process payments and facilitate returns and other transactions for guests, both online and over the phone.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.
- 1+ years of prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or similar industries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed to providing exceptional guest service
- Display an upbeat and confident demeanor, maintaining composure during challenging guest interactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, thinking creatively to meet guest needs.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekends availability (Saturday/ Sunday)
