Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer to enhance our brand’s visual presence. The ideal candidate is agile, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a blend of creativity and technical expertise. If you are passionate about health and wellness and skilled in modern design tools and techniques, including motion content and AI, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling, visually appealing graphics for a range of media - e.g., inclusive of, but not limited to website, social media, Amazon content, paid ads, and emails.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to create designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Conceptualize new package design for innovation concepts.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept to execution.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve our visual storytelling, including motion graphics, video content and AI technology.
• Be proactive in embracing challenges and providing creative solutions during crunch times.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred plus.
• 3-5 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), especially within health and wellness or food and beverage sectors, is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in or experience with AI-driven design tools.
• Capable of creating motion graphics and editing videos.
• Package design experience, from design conceptualization to creating production ready files, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal guidance amidst ambiguity.
