Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Account Director at Sycomp. The Global Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing key global client accounts and managers, developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve both on-site work at our San Francisco Bay Area location and some remote work. The role is ideal for a seasoned account manager whose desire is to grow their current successful book of regional business into a global portfolio.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Global Account Manager managing a significant book of business
Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in the IT industry or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
