Sales Expertise: Proven track record in business-to-consumer home services sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Create, communicate, and implement the mission and overall direction. Ensure that every employee feels part of something bigger and understands their strategic importance within the organization.
Team Leadership: Oversee managers across multiple business layers within our successful organization.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with all levels of the organization to formulate and execute the strategic plan.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about external and internal competitive landscapes, expansion opportunities, customer needs, industry developments, and standards.
People Management: Manage and develop leadership staff. Responsibilities include hiring, termination, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, evaluating performance, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
Executive Alignment: Regularly meet with senior company leadership to make well-thought-out decisions and disseminate ideas and direction throughout the organization.
Workload Optimization: Evaluate workload to maximize manpower efficiency and profits.
Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
Safety and Compliance: Observe safety rules and company regulations.
Financial Oversight: Assume full financial responsibility for the center organization.
