Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Job Description

4 - 6 years of experience

  • Responsible for end-to-end technical solution for Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management.
  • Handle all configurations in Flexera and interfaces with other tools/systems such as ServiceNow CMDB, etc.
  • Collaboration with IT Asset Management process owner to implement the SAM and HAM process into Flexera.
  • Analyze requirements and configure them in ITAM tool Flexera.
  • Provide best practices recommendations.
  • Act as a lead in the analysis of more complex requirements to translate into Flexera and/or ServiceNow application configuration capability.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance/Subscription Renewal, Purchase Request and Procurement Process metrics and license tracking, and entitlement usage.
  • Knowledge and ability to generate utilization & software metering reporting from Flexera.
  • Integration knowledge and implementation of Service now, SCCM, discovery tools, Service now CMDB required.
  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management components and Web services is required.
  • Troubleshooting, production support, bug fixes and product issue support to BSC users on Flexera.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management.
  • Hands-on working experience in Flexera Cloud version software.
  • Possess knowledge in creating PO and request in Ariba.
  • Vendor coordination experience to work on quotes, procurements, licenses and subscription renewals.
  • Experience in License harvesting to bring cost saving and cost avoidance.
  • Experience in scanning, adding applications / software in to Flexera.
  • Experience in resolving technical issues with Flexera.
  • Strong diagnostic, problem solving skills.
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new technologies and products.
  • Experience with implementation of Enterprise Software License Management Lifecycle management in Flexera.
