We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team in one of our NYC offices (Midtown, Downtown, or Upper East Side).
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Schedule appointments, answer phones, explain benefits and handle administrative tasks
Maintain patient charts and medical records using our practice management software
Work collaboratively with our team of experienced podiatrists and medical professionals
You're a great fit if you have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical receptionist role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical office software (a plus)
A high school diploma and an Associate's degree (preferred)
Are reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
