Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for engineering and hardware roles on both a contingent and retained basis. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the engineering and hardware sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches using a variety of sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, networking, and utilizing recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client needs.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful placements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full desk recruiting, specifically within the engineering and hardware sectors.
- Proven success in recruiting for both contingent and retained roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering and hardware industry trends and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
