The Opportunity

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join a diverse and innovative engineering team passionate about problem-solving. The team values open communication, knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing engineers to specialize according to their interests. The team consists of members with varied backgrounds, fostering a rich environment for skill and experience diversity. Our technology stack includes:

• TypeScript for application code
• Next.js for user interfaces
• GraphQL for data management
• Tailwind CSS for styling
• Go for systems programming
• AWS for infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for customer-focused applications, including Node API and Staking products, and internal admin tools.
• Engage in ideation sessions and feature brainstorming within your team and wider organization.
• Prioritize feature development based on technical complexity and user impact.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Work with the UI team to implement a new component library.
• Monitor frontend app performance and address any issues.

About You

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Proficient with GraphQL workflows.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in blockchain technology.
• Motivated by the challenge of building products that shape the future of finance.
• Located on the East Coast of North America.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in the blockchain industry.
• Knowledge of modern systems programming languages like Go.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with software deployment solutions like Docker and Kubernetes.
