Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and effective communication within the team and with guests.
