Description:

Betches Media is looking for a hilarious and creative social media expert to manage all day-to-day operations of the Betches Moms Instagram account. The ideal candidate will be a loyal follower of the Betches Moms Instagram account, have a true passion for parenting content as well as the Betches brand, and be able to grow, engage, and connect with its audience. The content manager must possess excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for social media, and, above all, a sense of humor.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day content and operations of the Betches Moms Instagram account for 15-18 hours a week
• Utilize social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Threads) to create funny and relatable original content
• Oversee community management and foster a highly engaged audience by consistently delivering high-quality and unique content
• Conceptualize and execute entertaining, innovative, repeatable social franchises for the Instagram Feed and Stories
• Identify emerging trends on Instagram & TikTok and apply to the Betches Moms vertical where there are opportunities for engagement
• Ideate and support marketing team efforts to promote relevant Betches initiatives (Podcast, Events, Merch, etc.)
• Collaborate with the affiliate and brand partnerships team to ideate and deliver on-brand, engaging branded content for our business partners

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of social media design, storytelling and strategy experience
• A demonstrated ability to produce engaging video and static content for social media
• Knowledge of, passion for, and experience with social media platforms, both established and emerging
• The agility and flexibility to work in a small, fast-moving team and a growing business
• Familiarity and strong enthusiasm for entire Betches Media brand, especially Betches Moms
• Natural interest in moms and parenting content
• A quick, creative thinker with an ideation mindset and a knack for thoughtful experimentation
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or After Effects a plus
