Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Food Engineer specializing in food-drying Technology for food products, preferably for baby formula, to join our team. This pivotal role involves monitoring and managing production and optimizing food-drying techniques. The successful candidate will oversee activities at our Wisconsin production site.

Location-Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee activities at our Wisconsin production site, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of food-drying processes and technologies.

Act as the primary technical lead for the Wisconsin production site, coordinating with local and global teams to achieve production and quality goals.

Professional Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with additional training or coursework in food drying technologies preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: A robust understanding of food-drying processing principles, proficiency with food-drying equipment and processes, and a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Experience: Prior experience in food manufacturing, focusing on food-drying technologies. Experience with quality control, product development, and scaling up production processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent at data interpretation and process optimization, with superior communication abilities.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, SQF) and any additional certifications related to food drying technology are advantageous.
