Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fiscal Analyst to join our Fortune Excursions afterschool program team. Reporting to the Director of Education Technology, the Fiscal Analyst will collaborate with the Expanded Learning Opportunity Coordinator, Program Specialist, and Site Leads to ensure the financial integrity and smooth operation of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders, vendor requisitions, and reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
Review and approve purchases submitted by team members to maintain budget records, compliance, and financial accountability.
Process billing and payments from families and community partners, handling all transactions accurately and promptly.
Monitor and analyze financial data to prepare reports and forecasts guiding program decisions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break.
