Job Responsibilities

• Support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis which will allow the Seller Support Contact Centers to work more efficiently and predictably, with the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Support internal customer groups and controllers in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control
• Work with the functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics
• Provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations
• Assist in strategic operational planning process addressing identified risks and opportunities for business team
• Write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, and SQL.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Foundation and accounting process
• Ability to dive into data
• Ability to wrap the structure around a problem
• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Strong work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
• Advanced Excel and analysis skills
• Experience with Cognos and SQL is a strong plus
• Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management
