Job Description Summary:
At PayPal, we are looking for an experienced, hard-working FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and independent individual who is passionate about financial analysis. The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to our financial planning and analysis team, providing forward-looking analysis and insights to support both strategic and tactical decision making across the organization.The successful candidate will have a strong financial background and experience in FP&A within a fast-paced, global environment. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. In addition to the below qualifications, our ideal candidate should also have a positive attitude and be a team player.Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools
  • Experience with financial planning and forecasting
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines


Job Description:
  • The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to our financial planning and analysis team, providing forward-looking analysis and insights to support both strategic and tactical decision making across the organization
  • Develop and maintain financial planning models and reports to support the organization's strategic and tactical decisions
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for the organization
  • Design and develop financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance
  • Create data visualizations to effectively communicate complex financial information
  • Create ad hoc reports and analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate financial performance and recommend areas of improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial plans and objectives

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $52800 to $136510
