We are recruiting for a Field Services Representative in the Round Rock, TX area! This position is a Direct Hire opportunity with an hourly rate of $17-25/hr dependent on experience. Standard business hours are anticipated but there may be times where overtime will be worked due to increased production. This role will require transportation throughout the local area as quality and workmanship inspections will be taking place on-site in both residential and commercial spaces.
What You'll Be Doing
Investigate/examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer; reports back to the Customer Service team on findings.
Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence.
Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.
Work Experience
High School degree or GED
Must have basic math and measurement skills
Proficiency with the MS Suite
Prior experience with an ERP system a plus
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs and on occasion up to 75lbs
